Congress Registration and Fees
To register for the conference, please click on the button here below: you will be re-directed to Meet and Work’s website where you will enter the registration procedure.
Please note: for the English form click on the British flag, on the top right handside
of the page.
Once the electronic form has been filled out, to complete the procedure press the red button "Save and print your registration" (which saves your data into our system), print the pdf form, complete it with the payment information – indicate your credit card details and sign to authorise the charge or attach bank transfer receipt - and send it by fax to +39 049 860 2389 to MEET AN WORK.
Your confirmation of congress registration and the invoice will follow by e-mail.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Before you start the procedure, make sure that the “pop-up blocker” on your computer is at least temporarily not active (especially if you have Windows XP Service Pack 2 or toolbars downloaded from Google, Yahoo or other)
Pre-registration will be possible until June 30, 2009. After this date do not send any registration form or payments, you will still have the opportunity to register on site.

Family and Children Support
Families taking part in the conference will be offered free support and assistance for their
disabled children with operators and volunteers (three hours in the morning and three hours in
the afternoon). The volunteers are individuals trained to work with deafblind children.
If families feel more comfortable so, they can bring an individual who knows their children.

Payments
Registrations will have to be accompanied by proof of payment in order to be processed:
- indicate credit card details on the registration form and sign to authorise charge
(accepted cards: MASTER CARD / VISA) - or send by fax copy of the bank transfer (please note that bank charges will have to be cleared by the participant)

Confirmation and invoicing
Upon receipt of the full registration fee, each participant will receive confirmation of his/her registration and the invoice by e-mail and by surface mail to the address indicated on the form.
Official Letter of Invitation
Letters of invitation required by foreign participants to meet the administrative or legal regulations of their countries are available upon written request to the Organising Secretariat at meet@meetandwork.com
A template of a letter of invitation can be downloaded clicking on the button here below and will have to be returned to the Organizing Secretariat at meet@meetandwork.com duly filled in with all the requested information.
It must be understood that such letters do not represent a commitment on the part of the Congress Organization to provide any financial assistance.
Cancellation and refunds of registration fee
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat; refunds will be made under the following conditions:
- until June 30, 2009: refund of 50 % of registration fees received
- after June 30, 2009: no refund
All refunds will be handled after the Meeting.
